GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation. It is new legislation that applies in the UK from 25th May 2018. It has many similarities with the existing UK legislation – The Data Protection Act 1998, although with added requirements and responsibilities.

To process your membership payment each year.
To send you news and information of events and activities organized by Fagus.
To send you governance information including meeting dates, minutes and agendas.
To update your information.
As from May 2018, the membership form that you sign to join Fagus indicates your acceptance of Fagus securely holding your contact details. Fagus will retain your information until you decide otherwise. If you would like to change or update any information that we hold, please contact the Membership Secretary.
