Sue Mabberley gardens organically and regeneratively at 1200 feet in the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. Nant-y-bedd is a 10-acre naturalistic garden which Sue has created and managed, with a lightness of touch, in tune with nature, for over 40 years. Sitting harmoniously within its stunning landscape, Nant-y-bedd features a polyculture/permaculture Potager buzzing with pollinators, Edible Forest Garden with wild garlic and wild raspberry, and a more traditional Cottage Garden, with ground elder and flocks of birds, with a natural swimming pond and a Silent Space offering calm and quiet…a wildflower meadow and woodland pasture, mature forest, and river.
