Jack and Laura Willgoss established Wildegoose Nursery in 2011. The nursery initially started specialising in hardy and perennial violas but soon expanded to offer a wide range of different grasses and herbaceous perennials that Jack and Laura were passionate about growing. From a patch of a farmer’s field the nursery moved in 2013 to an old derelict Walled Garden not far from the pretty market town of Ludlow. Over the past 10 years the couple have been busy growing more and more beautiful and interesting plants and developing the walled garden too, which is open to the public alongside the nursery and has a small tearoom. The garden and nursery are run organically and with nature and encouraging biodiversity at its heart.
