On Monday 6th September we were delighted for Fergus Garrett, Head Gardener of Great Dixter to give us an additional zoom lecture entitled ‘Layered Planting’.
Fergus, a knowledgeable and popular speaker, has been to Fagus in the past and been much enjoyed. He has attained a reputation as of our most influential gardeners, driving forward Great Dixter as one of the world’s most iconic gardens. Great Dixter’s place in history is assured as the home of gardening under the stewardship of the renown Christopher Lloyd, and with Fergus at the helm it continues its experimental and exciting approach to best practice in all aspects of horticulture.
